does anyone know any good and affortable Laser or Non Laser Tattoo removal around nyc area?
You can ask any dermatologist if they do dermabrasion or will cut and stitch, how big is? How old is it? Both are factors. Some will scrape off first few layers and add a salt type mix to remove the rest of the ink, but there will be scarring - there is no magic cream still.
