need info about body piercings and a tattoo shop in nyc?

i have parent consent from my parents to get my lip of belly pierced in October while we visit nyc again. by then i will be 13. i hear that as long as you have the consent and a parent that your okay. but what are the age requirments for it? and what shop in nyc will pierce me in nyc with a perent? and how much would it cost for a lip ring or belly ring in nyc? and please people who respond do not say things like why would you and dont and things like that okay ? plzz dont ive heard it before!

Your parent have to be there in NYC and it should cost $30-$60 bucks for lip and belly piercing. But I think you should call around to different tattoo shops that are in the part on ny you will be in and ask them then go to that shop.
