Great and not so expensive in the tattoo shop in New York?

Okay so tomorrow I'm going to New York usually go every week and try to get a tattoo. I searched many shops in the Lower East Side and they are all completely unnecessary and rude, dirty, or too expensive. Now, I realized Tattoos are expensive but the quality expecially for the price i heard are ridiculous. I'm looking for a clean, welcoming, talented artists is not all too expensive. Would be greatly appreciated thanks b
