Can you help me find this art tattoo flash 80's?

Well, I'm looking for the art flash photo of a small ball hair in a couple of conversations with prominent teeth shooting finger. Kinda looks like Alfred E Neuman buck teeth, but not the same face. The last time as it was in an instant book Spaulding Rogers 84 or 86. .... help me find this picture would be much appreciated. it has thin arms and legs ... but really long legs ..
