Reputable Vegas Tattoo Parlor?

Hello everyone. I am going to Vegas in May and while I am there me and my best friend are getting our first tattoos! Were super excited and already know what we want to get. We were wondering if you had an advice about the tattoo parlors on the strip? Any to avoid? Any places you've had good experience?
Also, we don't want to spend a ton of money but we want a place that knows how to do the job properly. Is it best to go off the strip to save a little money like downtown Vegas? The tattoo I want is going to be about 3/4 of the size of your palm.

I live in Vegas and while I've never tattooed on the strip, I highly recommend Pricz. It's FAR from the strip; it's on Sahara and Rainbow, but they do amazing work. I've gotten two done there, my boyfriend has gotten three, my mom, stepdad and uncle have also all been tattooed there. I also find them to be a bit pricey, but it's worth it if you're willing to drive that far. And when I say far, it's about 4-5 miles from the strip... That's far in Vegas terms cause it's such a small city. Haha.

If you're looking for something good a little close to the strip, I'd recommend Voodoo Tattoo. It's not on the strip but it's closer then Pricz; it's on Arville and Flamingo, right behind the Palms. I've gotten two tats there and my boyfriend has gotten three. They're good too, but the tats my boyfriend and I have gotten there have all been pretty simple so it's hard to tell just how good they are. Haha.
