I'm addicted to shoes and shoelaces I want on my foot, like a tattoo. Good idea?

I want to make it look like a shoe is actually on my foot and lace curtain tattoos and all. How tolerable is the pain of a tattoo on your foot? I can tolerate the pain and I thought I ask anyway.
